Summer Love
In partnership with Small Stage, we are bringing an amazing live entertainment program to the street. Bute Robson Plaza will come alive with dance and music performances every Saturday in July, from 12 to 2 p.m. and 4 to 6 p.m. Grab some take-out and join us in the plaza for some good beats…singing and dancing along is totally encouraged (and Dr. Henry approved). And coming soon this August is our first-ever outdoor summer market. We’ve partnered with Fall for Local Markets to bring you the finest local makers, artisans and entrepreneurs to Robson Street to showcase their products and wares every Saturday from 11:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. We’re popping up on 700 Bute Street (between Robson Street and Eihu Lane) and beyond the local vendors, enjoy some of Vancouver’s favourite food trucks, live music, games and other activities. Parklets + Plazas Galore
If you’re in the mood to just chill and relax or find a shady spot to cool down, we’ve got lots of public spaces for you to choose from #onRobson. Our favourite, Bute Robson Plaza, is a little tree-lined oasis nestled just off of Robson Street. This lovely spot has new picnic tables and not just ordinary picnic tables…these ones were a canvas for local artists, The WKNDRS, to share their colourful creations.
