What a summer it’s been on Robson Street!
From June through the end of August, Summer on Robson 2026 brought music, games, treats and plenty of reasons to spend a little more time outside in the heart of downtown Vancouver.
We kicked things off in June with Music in the Plaza, bringing free live music to Bute Plaza throughout the summer. The Robson x Thurlow Parklet was also busy with games and colouring activities, giving families and visitors a place to stop, play and enjoy the neighbourhood.
July brought even more summer fun, including Canada Day celebrations, complete with free flags, as well as our Stay Cool on Robson days with free popsicles and plaza games.
In August, we celebrated Pride on Robson, continued our live music evenings and wrapped up the season with more Stay Cool events at the Robson x Thurlow Parklet.
Thank you to everyone who stopped by, joined an activity, listened to the music or simply enjoyed summer with us. And a big thank you to the businesses and community that make Robson Street such a lively place to spend a Vancouver summer.
Now, Onto Fall
The end of our summer events doesn’t mean the end of reasons to visit Robson Street. September brings a different kind of energy downtown: back to school, back to routines and the start of fall shopping.
It’s a great time to browse new fall arrivals, pick up school or work essentials, add a few layers to your wardrobe and get ready for Vancouver’s cooler weather.
And while you’re here, make a day of it. Grab a coffee before shopping, meet a friend for lunch, stop for an afternoon treat or stay for dinner. With restaurants and cafés offering flavours from around the world, there’s always something new—or an old favourite—to come back to.
Summer on Robson may be over for another year, but a new season on Robson Street is just getting started.

See you #onRobson
