Vancouver Events: Valentine’s Day Date Spots #onRobson

Valentine’s Day can be one of the most romantic holidays, but like all things romantic, it can sometimes require a bit planning. Even if you’re on a budget, there’s no reason your Valentine’s Day can’t be as memorable and cute for you and your partner. After all, what really matters is spending the day with people you love and who love you back. We have put together some cute date ideas for you #onRobson:

  1. Stop by Indigo #onRobson (1033 Robson St.) with your Valentine for a #BlindDateWithABook and pick up a mystery book based off of your favorite book genre.
  2.  Fan the flames of love over a romantic feast from the CinCin kitchen (1154 Robson St.) or Earls Restaurant (1185 Robson St.) with their prix fixe menu or head over to Joe Fortes (777 Thurlow St.) for a seafood feast with their Shellfish Trio and two ‘Lovers Platters.’ Be sure to make your reservations ahead of time!
  1. Declare your love with good food and indulge in Laduree’s (1141 Robson St.) afternoon tea and Juste un Baiser, a pink heart-shaped macaron collection celebrating love or  head over to  D’oro Gelato e Caffe (1222 Robson St.) and enjoy a fondue spread, guaranteed to melt your loved ones’ heart. You can enter to win a fondue for 2, as well as sweet filled candy basket from The Candy Room here.
  2. Last, but not least capture the memories of your Valentine’s Day at one of our two installations #onRobson. Stop by the our Instagram worthy balloon installation in the Muji (1125 Robson St.) courtyard or seal it with a kiss at our kissing booth in front of Indigo (1033 Robson St.).

If you’re on the go, make your special someone smile with a bouquet from our pop up flower bar, popping up in front of Club Monaco  (1042 Robson St.) from 1-4pm on Valentine’s Day.

Happy Valentine’s, everyone! Be sure to tag us in your pictures if you spend your special day with your special someone #onRobson, @robsonstreet.
