Downtown Vancouver’s newest restaurant, Blossom Dim Sum and Grill, is an East meets West modern culinary experience located in the heart of Robson Street.
Eric Yang, a fine dining veteran and former General Manager of high end Mott 32, is the mastermind behind Blossom Dim Sum and Grill. Joining him on this new venture is Giampaolo Posteraro, son of award-winning restaurateur, Pino Posteraro of Cioppino’s Mediterranean Grill in Yaletown.
The thoughtfully curated menu includes handcrafted dim sum, grilled meats and seafood, as well as raw dishes and traditional Asian-inspired plates, all treated with a western twist. Also expect extensive wine and cocktail offerings to pair with your meal.
The interior of the restaurant boasts a large bar and lounge area, a beautiful dining room, complete with hand painted cherry blossom walls and an overhead parasol installation, as well as an outdoor patio space with views of bustling Robson Street and the North Shore mountains.
The attention to detail extends to the building’s exterior with two stunning murals painted by Tyler Toews of Canadian Murals, the perfect backdrop for your next Instagram moment. Be sure to snap a photo on your way in or out.
Blossom Dim Sum and Grill is now open for dinner service (5 to 11 p.m.) at 808 Bute Street. To celebrate their opening, we’re giving away a Chef’s 4-course Experience for two. Head over to our Instagram for details and to enter.
