One of our favorite ways to spend our time indoors is delicious hand-crafted cocktails at one of our Robson Street restaurants. With an array of menus to try using quality liqueurs and fresh ingredients, our award-winning cocktail lists will have you wanting another round.

1. CinCin Ristorante

What’s in it? Bombay Sapphire Gin, Campari, Cocchi di Torino Vermouth + fresh orange zest
2. Milestones
If you’re looking for an impromptu get together with friends or date night, Milestone’s has you covered with their legendary Bellinis! You can choose from an a classic or bowl sized glass.
What we’re drinking: Bellini
What’s in it? A frozen blend of premium white rum, peach liqueur, sparkling white wine, topped with Boone’s Sangria.
3. Joe Fortes Seafood & Chop House
Joe Fortes is our go-to seafood & chop house. What would an iconic restaurant be without an iconic cocktail? Enjoy their classic fully-loaded caesar cocktail while swaying to the sounds of live entertainment.

What’s in it? Absoute vodka, Sambal, Worcestershire, horseradish and Joe’s Clamato Juice

Using creativity for both their dishes and drinks it’s no wonder that our most photogenic of cocktails is coming from Earls! Their latest fall feature cocktail list will have you wishing you brought your camera.

What’s in it? Aviation gin, Cointreau, honey, fresh lemon, Angostura bitters
