There’s something special about Robson Street in December. The lights, the bustle, the familiar songs in the air—everything feels a little warmer, even on the coldest days. This year, the Robson Street Business Association is bringing that festive spirit back with Holidays on Robson, a community event designed for families, shoppers, and anyone who enjoys a little seasonal cheer.
Festive Saturdays on Robson
Join us on Saturday, December 6th and Saturday, December 13th for an afternoon filled with holiday activities from 1:30–4:30pm.
At the Robson & Thurlow Parklet (1091 Robson St.), children can write letters to Santa in a cozy, welcoming space. It’s a simple activity, but one that tends to bring out the joy and imagination that make this season memorable.
At the same time, our Caminando Carolers will be walking the street, sharing classic holiday songs and creating that unmistakable December atmosphere.
New This Year: Free Gift Wrapping
To make holiday shopping a little easier, we’re introducing complimentary gift wrapping at Bute Plaza (800 Bute St.). Bring a receipt from any Robson BIA business between Burrard and Jervis and have your gifts wrapped for free. It’s a small way to support local businesses while taking one task off your list.
Fleurs De Villes Noël
From December 5–15, Robson Street will also host Fleurs De Villes Noël, a floral holiday trail featuring festive installations created by talented local designers. Take a stroll, enjoy the displays, and soak in the beauty woven through the neighbourhood.
A Simple, Local Way to Celebrate
Whether you’re picking up gifts, enjoying the carolers, or stopping by with your family for a Santa letter-writing moment, Holidays on Robson is a reminder of what makes this street feel like a community.
