The streets of Robson Street are bustling with the sights, sounds and tastes of one it’s latest anticipated openings. On Saturday, April 29th we welcomed Parisian Patisserie, L’Éclair de Génie!
L’Éclair de Génie was established in Paris in 2012 by Chef Christophe Adam and has opened it’s first North American location at 1210 Robson Street, with a 1,380 square-foot space that seats 26 comfortably in a modern & vibrantly coloured cafe. With a long list of delectable offerings brand-wide, you can find 10 of the best selling flavours #onRobson:
- Vanilla Pécan (vanilla cream and caramelized pecan)
- Framboise Passion (passion fruit cream, raspberry confit, and fresh raspberries)
- Chocolat Grand Cru (chocolate cream)
- Vanille Framboise (vanilla cream, raspberry confit fresh raspberries, and white chocolate)
- Sirop D’érable I LOVE VANCOUVER (maple cream)
- Matcha Bambou (matcha cream and white chocolate)
- Praliné Noisette (caramel mascarpone cream, hazelnut praline, and caramelized hazelnuts)
- Citron Yuzu (lemon yuzu cream and crispy meringue)
- Caramel Beurre Salé (salted caramel and mascarpone cream)
- Pistache Framboise (pistachio chantilly, raspberry confit, fresh raspberries, and roasted pistachios)
