Celebrating CinCin’s 25th Anniversary

Last night, a milestone birthday was celebrated as?CinCin turned 25 years old! To mark the special occasion,??Chef Andrew Richardson created a limited time anniversary menu featuring guests’ favourite dishes over the years. Now for the next 25 days, between September 11th to October 5th, you can enjoy their four-course anniversary menu?as well as their?2.5 signature cocktail created by Bar Manager David Wolowidnyk. Here’s a peek at the delicious eats that the CinCin 25th anniversary menu has to offer:

Stuzzichini: a wood roast and smoked tomato soup with basil and olive oil

Antipasti: a golden chioggia beet salad with goat cheese, pistachios and a smoked orange vinaigrette

Primi: a ravioli of goat milk ricotta and parmesan with truffle vinaigrette, parsley and roast hazelnuts.

Secondi: a wood grilled tenderloin of beef with potatoes, prosciutto, parmesan, ash roasted onions and salmoriglio

Dolci: a tiramisu with espresso-soaked savoiardi, mascarpone, maple and cocoa nibs.
