25 Days of Giveaways

Every weekday between November 21st and December 23rd, 2011, the Robson Street Business Association is giving away a $100 gift card for a different Robson Street Merchant.

To enter, send an email with the subject line “25 Days of Giveaways” and in the body of the email state the name of the business whose gift card we are giving away that day to

Three ways to enter:

1 entry: To enter, send an email with the subject line “25 Days of Giveaways” and in the body of the email state the name of the business whose gift card we are giving away that day to contests@robsonstreet.ca  

2 entries: Follow @robsonstreet on twitter and tweet the business of the day each day with the hashtag #25daysofgiveaways

3 entries: Like Robson Street on Facebook. Each day when we post the business of the day, like the post and comment on it.

25 Days of Giveaways Rules and Regulations:

• No Purchase Necessary

• The Robson Street Business Association reserves the right to modify or alter any prizes before a winner’s name is drawn.

• Contest runs from November 21st to December 23rd, 2011 Monday to Friday

• Contest will not run on weekends

• One name will be drawn randomly from that day’s entries

• Winner will be awarded a $100 Gift Card for the Robson Street Merchant advertised that day

• Contest closes daily at 5:00pm

• Winner will be announced and notified by 10am the next business day

• Employees and Board Members of the Robson Street Business Association (RSBA) are not permitted to enter and are not eligible to win.

• Prizes must be accepted as awarded. They may not be returned or exchanged.

• In the case that the winning person(s) cannot be contacted, another name will be drawn for that prize on the following day.

• Odds of winning are solely dependent upon the number of eligible entries received.

• The selected entrants may be required to correctly answer a skill-testing question prior to being deemed a winner and demonstrate that they have complied with all Contest Rules.

• All entries become the sole property of the RSBA and none will be returned for any reason. Entries must be received no later than the end of the Contest Period. Entries will be declared invalid if they are late, illegible, incomplete, damaged, irregular, mutilated, forged, garbled or mechanically or electronically reproduced.

• By participating in the Contest, entrant:

(i) grants to the Sponsors the right to use his/her name, mailing address, telephone number, and e-mail address ("Personal Information") for the purpose of administering the Contest, including, but not limited to contacting and announcing the Winners; and

(ii) acknowledges that the Sponsors may disclose his/her Personal Information to third-party agents and service providers of any of the Sponsors in connection with any of the activities listed in (i) above.

• All prizes must be picked up at the RSBA Office at a prescheduled time

• If the prize is not claimed by January 20th, 2012, prize will be forfeited

• Value of each prize is $100 CDN

• Contestants cannot have won anything from the Robson Street Business Association in the last 60 days
